Bio

Shojin is a Vancouver based DJ and producer whose sound is rooted in drum and bass, pushing beyond subgenre boundaries and focusing on sounds built for movement. He has played festivals such as Electric Love, Altitude, and Soleita, along with notable Vancouver venues such as Red Room, Commodore Ballroom, Village Studios, and Harbour Event & Convention Centre.

His goal is to create space on the dancefloor for people to connect with themselves, connect with each other, and fully enjoy the moment. Music has always been the one constant in his life. With over a decade immersed in rave culture, music has helped him heal, grow, and build some of his closest friendships. Those experiences continue to shape everything he brings as an artist.
